We will:
  • Review and establish your concrete goals

By the end of this call, we will know if you are a good fit for this type of program, and if I’m a good fit for you, as well.

If we agree to move forward, the next step will be to have you complete my Assessment Protocol. This serves as our starting point, and allows me to optimize your program.

A cookie-cutter approach is NOT going to get you to where you want to be. You need a program built around your profile…one that is as individualized as your unique situation. 

Not only that, you can count on receiving a new, fully-optimized training program, as needed. This allows us to take your progress into account, AND to keep your nervous system fresh and never bored. 

Next, we need to talk nutrition.

Many people don’t realize that roughly 70% of your results will come from the dietary choices you make. So…

We’ll take the guesswork out of what you eat. 

Many of the clients I work with are so busy they often default to fast food, or some other quick solution. This never works out well. 
I’ll prove to you it’s possible to eat well WITHOUT either putting lock on your fridge or giving up everything you LOVE to eat!
Translation: You can actually live with this approach long-term! 

No “quick fix” fads or radical – even dangerous – approaches.

2. You must be coachable. I’m going to build your success plan around your lifestyle, your goals and your unique circumstances; but you have to be willing to follow the plan, or work with me to adjust it, if we determine something doesn’t quite fit. 

3. You cannot be prone to excuses or whining. I can only work with a select group people at any given time, since I’m personally designing everything specifically for each; so I need to surround myself with positive, motivated, committed people.  

That’s all I ask! 

Ok, so you know who this program is for, what’s included, and why I created it. 

So the OBVIOUS question is… 
“Hey Linda, how much is it?”
Well, let’s put this all in perspective…

The average cost of one personal training session is about $60, give or take a few dollars difference, depending upon where you live. 

If you only go twice a week that adds up to $480 per month… three times per week puts you at $720 a month…with an ‘average’ trainer, not a specialist, and with ZERO guarantee of anything. 

A typical boot camp? Anywhere from $150-$225 per month. (I’ve heard of people charging way more than that).
